1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph152 ("ph152," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph152 website located at https://ph152.com and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. ph152 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on ph152, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and not prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph152, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from ph152 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

ph152 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ph152 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of ph152 services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. ph152 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph152 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts without prior notice;
• Void all bets placed from duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit all balances held in duplicate accounts; and
• Permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations, ph152 may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ph152 may suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on ph152 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph152 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. ph152 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. ph152 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times for withdrawals are estimates only and may be affected by banking hours, public holidays, and verification requirements.

ph152 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if we have reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent, unauthorized, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, any winnings derived from the reversed deposit may also be voided.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph152 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• ph152 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements – will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. ph152 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6 Gaming Rules & Betting

All games available on ph152 – including live casino games, slots, bingo, sports betting, and specialty games – are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

ph152 uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system.

• Bets placed after a game round has closed will be void and stakes returned.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, ph152 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to players.
• ph152 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph152 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud ph152 or other players, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or false identity documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using ph152 to launder funds derived from illegal activities. ph152 is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ph152's systems, other players' accounts, or any restricted areas of the Platform.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph152 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

ph152 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• At your own request, including for responsible gaming purposes; or
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph152 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of ph152 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform; or
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of ph152's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph152 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials; or
• Any errors or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions beyond ph152's reasonable control.

ph152's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph152 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes, ph152 may refer the matter to an independent third-party auditor. The decision of such auditor shall be final and binding on both parties.
